We hope that you are pleased with your purchase. If you have any issues, we are here to help.

If there is an issue or concern with your product, please submit a claim via email to info.ca@humancaregroup.com that includes the product serial number (located on the lower frame of the rollator), the order number and a brief description of the issue. We will do our best to respond to you within 24 business hours.

All product returns require prior authorization.
